~IN MEMORIAM~

René A. Morel, a world-renowned violin restorer and expert whose clients included names like Perlman, Zukerman and Ma, died on Wednesday, November 15th 2011 in Wayne, N.J. He was 79. He will be dearly missed.

Stringnet has been selected for the 2011 Houston Award in the Musical Instruments category by the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA)
