What warranty do you offer on the products on your site?

Every instrument or accessory we ship is warranted to be as described.

How long will it take for me to receive my item(s)?

That depends a little on where you are located and what method and speed of shipping chosen.  The average order arrives at its destination within 3-4 days of shipping.

What is your refund policy?

Do you take trade-ins?

Depending on our assessment whether the trade-in instrument is marketable, we will consider trades. For any instrument bought from STRINGNET, we offer full value trade on an instrument of higher price, provided the trade-in is returned in the same condition as purchased.
